CHEYENNE SKIN CLINIC: PORTAL ACCESS
We are pleased to offer you secure online access to your medical records through the Modernizing Medicine (EMA) patient portal. This platform allows you to message your provider, view lab results, and complete check-in forms before your appointment.
METHOD 1: WEB BROWSER ACCESS – Best for computers, laptops, or tablets.
***YOU MUST USE GOOGLE CHROME OR FIREFOX AS YOUR WEB BROWSER***
- Navigate to the Portal: Open your web browser and go to: cheyenneskinclinic.ema.md
- Select Patient Login
- Enter Credentials:
- If you entered an email address, fill out the form to access the portal
- If you were assigned a username, click on “Login with Username” at the bottom of the screen
- Username: _______________________
- Password: Welcome1
- Complete Setup: If this is your first login, you will be prompted to create a new permanent password and verify your identity.
METHOD 2: MOBILE APP ACCESS (APPatient™) – Best for smartphones and on-the-go access.
- Download the App: Search for APPatient in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Enter Practice URL: When you open the app for the first time, it will ask for your practice’s URL. Enter: cheyenneskinclinic.ema.md
- Sign In: Use the same username and password you use for the web version
PORTAL FEATURES – Once you are logged in, you can use the sidebar menu to:
- Update My Health: Ensure your address and insurance are current.
- Contact Your Doctor: Send secure messages directly to our clinical team.
- View Results: Access pathology and lab reports once they are finalized.
- Medications: View your current prescriptions and request refills.
TROUBLESHOOTING & SUPPORT
- Forgot Password? Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to receive a reset link via email.
- Technical Issues? Use Chrome or Firefox and ensure it is up to date.
- Contact Us: If you remain locked out, please call our office at 307-635-0226 for a manual password reset.
